It features a creamy coconut milk base and is slow-simmered with your choice of meat, potatoes, and warm spices cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg. The balance of flavors comes from ingredients tamarind, fish sauce, and palm sugar, finished with roasted peanuts for a delightful crunch.
